![]() I have also run sfc /scannow and it said the integrity of my system is fine. I can not get the explorer stable long enough to even check Windows Update. Is there any fix for this? Using Google I have found that this occurred back in the technical previews of Windows 10 as well, but a new update from Windows fixed the issue. The file explorer, however is completely unaffected. ![]() About a minute after starting up, my desktop begins to start flashing to black and coming back in a continuous loop.
